![]() ![]() Ok, so the book itself is actually good - it has a weird tonal mix with a soft, Ghibli-esque art style and a fairly straightforward plot of two lovers being separated and wanting to find each other again, but it's a little liberal with full frontal nudity and swearing at times which took me by surprise and there is quite possibly the weirdest homage to Neon Genesis Evangelion I think I've ever seen. ![]() Do you see that little alpha symbol on the cover next to the logo - the one that isn't mentioned in any official page that sells this book bar one tweet from the publisher? Yeah, that's doing a lot of heavy lifting here and I feel it's important to say up front that this is one of two parts because I bought this thinking it would be a one-and-done volume when it is far from it. ![]() No Love Lost is a bit of an odd book, not because of the contents but because of it's title. ![]()
